How can I make a button do an effect when I click it?

Hello, I am a co-developer at a small, unknown group called Jsod Gaming. We are currently working on a project called Eternal Frontiers. If you join the game you will see:

  1. An ai generated image (dw it’s temporary)

And

  1. A bright eye burning start button.
    I want the start button to do a cool effect when you click it such as a gradient that changes direction. I am unsure how to do this and I need more ideas for effects for it, I want it to immerse the player as the game is targeted to make the most of the Roblox engine.
