How can I make a featured topic on my profile page?

I want to feature a topic that I want to create and feature it on my forum profile, but I do not know how to. I didn’t see any buttons by each of my topics that would allow it to be featured. I have seen other people with featured topics but I do not know how to make my topics featured.

Go to Preferences > Profile,

Scroll down,

And select a topic. Methods of input are link, search, or topic ID.
