How can i make a first person view that shows the body and follows the head?

Ive been trying to find tutorials, create my own, read through free models but theres one problem with them all.

One time, it doesnt follow the head, so when i crouch or slide it looks weird

another time, it doesnt have mobile support, and i cant find a way to make it support mobile without erratically jittering etc

i get setting localtransparencymodifier etc but what about the rest of the problems? really need help with this.
