Hey, I’m making a suspension car and I think I’ve don’t a good job, but then I found a tiny problem. If you were to go up the side of terrain or like the smallest bump the car flips since its weight is on the top. I’ve tried using BodyGyros but what happens is the car just stays put with no Physics. Any tips on how to fix this issue would be great.
you could try using AngularVelocities or HingeConstraints, or if the problem is it being top heavy, place a weight under the car and weld it, make it cancollide false and invisible.
I never did this but you can try look to the rotation of your vehicle and when your vehicle is over the limit that you did set it will tween the vehicle into the sky and then rotate it back and let your vehicle fall again
that’s how i want to do it you can try it!
I’ve never had these issues myself, but @ramdom_player201 is right, physics wise a lower center of gravity will allow your car to be more stable and you stated that you placed most of the car’s weight on top. However, say if you manage to make a non-collidable part that’s placed under the ground where the car sits which I assume you’ll be able to hammer the center of gravity much lower than the ground, there could be potential side effects (though I’ve never gave it a try nor’ am I actually sure if that’d even happen so I suggest you give it a shot).
