How can I make my game more fun?

Hi everyone, this is a game that I made recently. There is a bot to play aganist if there aren’t any other players to play with and the game supports up to 10 players. Let me know your experience with the game and anything improvements I can make, any feedback would be great!

I played your game up till 3 wins, its fine, fun game loop and im sure if I had more than a bot in the game it would be more interesting, my main issue rn is the use of brainrot and grubby. made me think it was a generic simulator game going in with just a copy paste “collect items to buy pets” loop. remove those elements and rebrand it more as a cozy fun game for friends and I can see this really popping off

Well my main audience is probably children and the sponsored ads show that this is the most clicked on thumbnail. Your comment did make me think about how the thumbnail can be interpreted as a simulator game, I will probably add a few other thumbnails to show more about the game’s content.

I played with the bot for a bit and it was quite fun. I think it would be fun to play with friends, but my server was empty. Firstly, how do you use powerups? I couldn’t find a way to use them in the game. The typewriter gamemode is a cool idea, but the bot always beat me to the object as I selected 9 items. Maybe if the bot was slower depending on the number of items, this would make it a bit more fair? You could even have a bot difficulty section on the voting screen. It would also be cool if the items could be customised some how? Maybe having some options for things such as fast food, as seen in viral videos. Overall it is a good idea and I think it has a lot of potential.

Thank you for your feedback, powerups are only usable on players since I didn’t want new players to waste it on a bot. The bots wont be significant once the game gets more players so I think adding difficulty to them would be redundant. I will make them a bit slower on specific gamemodes. Item customization could be considered for private servers, but that isnt currently a priority.

I am curious about your first impression of the game, was the tutorial comprehensive enough or do I need to add more text for guidence?

I understood how to play it pretty well cause I’ve seen videos of people playing it in real life before but I think the tutorial is enough.

Problem with creating a children fanbase is they hop from game to game based on trends. A loyal fanbase however arent going to enjoy the overstimulation that brings in a child audience, I think if you focus on making a “chill vibes game for friends” over “MEME MEME GRAB ITEM MEME MEME FLASHING COLOUR” you could generate an actual fanbase

There’s nothing wrong with having a children fanbase in a platform made for kids, you’re making this sound way worse than it actually is. This is the type of game that isn’t replayable for more than a few hours, so fanbase also isn’t a major concern for this genre.
