How can I make my UI more "fitting" for my game?

I’m making a new game, and am currently struggling getting a vibe for the UI (and general UX with it, too)

Right now, I have a bit of pixel art for some UI elements:

However, when UI isn’t directly buttons or small icons, I struggle a bit and the “direction” of the UI goes all over the place:

Base UIs:

How can I improve the UI and make it more consistent? I’m not exactly a UI designer, and right now a lot of the UI is inspired from older games, such as Azure Mines (which I’ll admit has terrible UI and not the best UX)

To put it simply, I cannot decide on a single good “vibe” for the UI that’d fit my games visuals, with the visuals being what I’d describe as “cozy” and somewhat similar to Fisch in places.

Buutttttt, if you think what I have now is decent but needs few changes (such as consistency), just lmk!

(And incase anyone wants to ask, no kits are being used, these are all my own custom scripts & ui elements)

And, if this is the wrong topic, inform me so I can move it. Cheers.

One thing I would recommend to change is using pixely text. I’m not sure if there are any good fonts in the creator store but you can always make your own! Overall though it seems to be organized and well made. The only other thing I would recommend is making pixel art for the ores, a down arrow for dropping, and other small things like that that can really give a small pop. but I’m sure you were planning on doing that anyways.

You can’t, well at least not without images which is extremely impractical

You can get fonts from here. It’s currently fairly limited, but roblox might add a whole lot of fonts from google fonts in the future

There is 1 pixel art font: Silkscreen

As for my thoughts, take the UI you like the most, of fits the game the most, and build the other ui around it. If you go into pixel art, you’ll probably have to go all in.
My favourite might be the crafting UI, because of the way it is coloured, it’s elegant. Howeved, it doesn’t fit the pixel art style, and the Equpped and Close buttons are more horror game like…

You could also try playing with UI Gradients, with subtle gradients, it kind of gives a sense of depth in an unconscious way

Of course all of these suggestions are highly subjective, and you are the one to chose where you want to take the ui
