Hey everyone im working on a wipeout game and I plan for each round to be pretty unique so I made a jetski one the round is fully scripted but its simply too easy right now how it works is there is a timer and you reach the end before the timer ends this is what I call timed rounds there are many others in game but they are obbies so they are much harder
If anyone can give ideas thats not too hard to script that would be great
You can try making moving objects - this usually requires more skill and time to practice, making game harder, also if you have problems with scripting - plan out everything as instruction before, it makes scripting anything easy
Make it much narrower with more curves that the player has to navigate. It’d make it more skill based rather than just point and go.
If the player touches the boundary walls then their jetski dies for a few seconds.
