How can I safely make a music artist card game without getting moderated?

Hi everyone! I’m currently developing a collectible card game based around music artists, and I’d really appreciate some guidance from more experienced developers.

The idea is pretty simple: players collect cards featuring well-known singers and musicians, with the artist’s name displayed on each card. I’m trying to build the game in a way that is completely appropriate for Roblox and safe for all audiences.

While uploading some of the card artwork, several images were unexpectedly moderated. Some were classified as “Sharing PII” apparently because the artist’s public name was written on the card, while others were classified as sexual content even though I believed the images were appropriate. After multiple uploads were moderated, my account also received a suspension.

I’ve already submitted appeals, so I’m not posting this to dispute the moderation decision. I’m mainly trying to understand how I should handle this type of game going forward so I don’t accidentally violate any rules again.

For developers who have worked with games involving real-world musicians, celebrities, athletes, or other public figures: what is the safest way to handle the artwork and names?

Should I avoid photographs entirely? Are publicly known artist/stage names acceptable on collectible cards? Would illustrated or stylized artwork be safer? Is there any specific Creator Hub guidance for games like this that I should follow?

I genuinely want to build this properly and keep the game suitable for Roblox. I’d rather change the way I create the cards now than repeatedly upload something the moderation system considers inappropriate.

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you!
