How can I weld a Model to the StarterCharacter?

Hello I want to weld this model:

to the StarterCharacter like this:

And I want it to apply to everyone on the server, not just me
What should I do? And I would be very happy if you could write a script to do this

It should be easy make sure all the parts are unanchored but all the things on the first part are welded then weld the thing to the torso That is the way I do it though I think there is a way to script it but I can’t help with that

You could create a weld constraint using a script to connect the model to the players Torso.
