How come my NPC is falling apart?

Hey everyone, ok so I’ve tried to make this NPC using the Load Player Plugin but the player when ever I run the game falls apart he’s also supposed to have an active animation. So heads up thanks everyone the model below. Thanks so much from John!

Please let me know if this is the right category this is the only one that’s the closest I could find.

No idea about the animation, but when anchored he stays together. I’ll let you know if I find a problem since anchoring the NPC won’t be really helpful if you’re going to animate it.

I just make a complete new one didn’t figure how/why it was broken thanks tho.
