Heyo there’s 2 effects or things that I wanted to know if they’re possible to make and if so how could I do it. In this video Street Fighter V - Kage Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon) - YouTube when the cutscene for the move plays the background changes to like a redish thing and then at 0:04 everything goes completely black and red and those are the 2 things I wanna do everything else I’m pretty sure I can do with tweens and like bodypositions.

You could always set the camera view to a side view where the background is red and the players accessories or something asset id’s are found and put on dummies where the accessories are colored black.
Ight I hallowed out a sphere, made it neon and then used a bloom to remove the glow and it seems to give me the thing I’m looking for! gonna make your answer as the solution thanks (:
