i’m pretty sure it uses viewport frames assigned to the current camera

like a viewport frame, that is pointed back from the inside of the cave thing at the character?

It’s actually a weird mesh with a disabled Highlight in it, and around ~6 Transparency

umm, but how is it also mirroring the player… if you watch the video, there is a shadow of their movement, inside the purple area
