The part in gray can rotate on constraint, but the multiple black parts don’t. If I weld them to the gray part or the tank they can’t rotate. How can I connect them? I’ve also tried unions.
Do you mind sending a quick demonstration of what happens when you try to rotate it? Or does it just not move at all?
The gray rotates, but not the black. I will make a video now.
See in the Constraints section, a Constraint called Weld?
Try that one, and make sure your parts aren’t Anchored.
So I put a weld inside the top of the gray turret, and then weld it to the black union?
Where do you have the HingeConstraint Attachments connected to?
The one for the base of the gray rotating is attached to the top of the base of the tank.
Here is a video of the turret spinning, the black is missing because of collisions being off
Hard to say without seeing how it’s constructed. I see a rectangular grey Part, a cylindrical grey Part, and a black tank turret with a black tank chassis.
I’d make it like this:

–Turret Parts
----(Weld all the Turret Parts to the Turret)

You didn’t send a model with the grey parts, but here’s the model back with the Turret centered, hinged and welded together.
Why do you have 3 weld scripts in the seat?

I figured out by making a union of all of the black parts, then putting a weld and welding it to the gray turret’s seat.
But for the simple 3 Parts that the black Turret is made of just weld it together.
Unions of something this simple probably use more memory than you’ll ever need to.
Also when I looked at your build I noticed a lot of Parts had dimensions such as 9.23 or 4.51, which makes it really hard to align your Parts.
In Studio go to the top toolbar and on the Model tab click on the Move box so it has a checkmark in it.
If you want to put the best value in the box on the right put in 0.125 as this works really well for converting decimals to binary numbers and you don’t get ‘floating point errors’ which sometimes make parts sit just .0005 studs different than you want them to.
And you also didn’t answer why you have 3 identical weld scripts in your model. The more stuff you add into your game that slows it down, the more lag you’ll get.
