How do i can make a bar action

what do i mean by a bar with action im talking about something like this

i have my zombie that grabs a player and then i want it to make a bar appear after it appears i want it to be able to fill it by spamming space if the bar goes to the limit the max of the bar then the zombie will let go the player and thats what i wanna make but i dont know how (i dont know if i can upload images but i think u guys get the point in what i want to make)

Try searching health bar gui or damage gui and you’ll probably get a solution from those posts.
