How do I center blocks

I am trying to put a block on another block but it is very obvious that are not centered. How do I center the blocks?

Get the position from block 1 and put it on block 2 and then drag block 2 up with the roblox tools and boom

Roblox has an align tool which I think may help you,
Studio > Model(next to file) > Align Tool!

Are you trying to place a block ON TOP of another block? or inside another block?
