I have been attempting to recover one of my accounts and the recovery tool won’t work with it.
So I tried to create a support ticket but the chat bot keeps telling me to use the recovery tool, which does not work for me in this case.
The account was seemingly compromised years ago and I’m just now realizing since I stopped playing Roblox for a long time after finishing school years ago. It would be nice to regain access because it seems to have been used as a follow bot.
The automated support bot keeps telling me to use recovery tool which doesn’t work. Is there a way to get this put into an actual support ticket so it can be reviewed? My email is the email that originally verified the account over a decade ago and I have that first email as proof as well as the last password I used on it and also the first password that was used on it.
