How do I create a script that finds object in a certain area?

Currently looks for a way to create a script that finds all objects in a certain area so I can do something to them. Specifically to unload and reload areas to reduce lag while also letting me blacklist objects from being unloaded (cough StreamingEnabled cough cough).

Oh, I’ve also heard about OverlapParrams but I got confused midway through reading so an explanation on how I’d use that for my goal would work too.
