How do i create that one gray button?

I played numerous games that have had the same gray circular button that usually has text or a decal in the middle, I assume its scripting-related since ive only seen it on mobile and it always had the same exact design

If you know how to create this button could you also explain to me how to connect the button to a script? (as in clicking it with mousebutton1/2, hovering over it, etc)

u can do it using context action service
