How do I delete a rbxmx files from my computer

Hello,
I have downloaded a model to a file with scripts in it, the scripts execute even if the model is not in the game, its just in my computer files and it executes. Thats why I always get error in my game. I triple checked and it comes 100 percent from the file. When I right click the file there is no delete option, I cant drag it into the bin and backspace doesn’t work too. Idk why roblox does that its so unefficiant. Pls help i just need to know how to delete that.

C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Roblox\Plugins
If there are any plugins here, try removing them. Otherwise, check your game for malicious and hidden scripts.
