I’ve been a game developer for over a year now, and I’ve only been able to get two of my games well over 100K visits. However, they both used tens of thousands of Robux worth of ads and paid content creators, with them now sitting at 10 CCU max (and that’s a good day.)
Aside from my projects, I’ve been developing for a variety of studios, some getting millions of visits. Yet, every time I ask the creator for even the smallest piece of advice for game growth, I attain nearly the same answer each time: “It was natural, players randomly joined one day.” It’s become a pattern at this point- no money on ads or content creators or even their own channel, just natural.
It’s been a dream of mine for years to even have a game at 100 CCU without my 25K Robux ad. I’ve recently developed a game with a developer of mine to try this, with the link below. So, now speaking to the entire developer community, does anyone have advice on hitting 1M visits without buying players? Thank you so much.
And yes, I have already invited all my friends to come check the game out, in which they invited theirs on so on. I’ve gotten their advice and already have my developer working on fixing a minor UI issue. Everything else works fine in the game. It has a friend invite button, more than enough gamepasses and developer products for monetization, been made to play with friends and engagement, with the game super simple and easy to understand.

Thank you all so much again.
