How do I get the opposite coordinate of an object in reference to another object?

I’m not 100% sure how to explain this, so let me draw it out for you.

If we know the coordinate of the blue circle and the green circle, how do we get the coordinate of the yellow circle?

Find the difference in the positions of the blue and green circles then subtract that from the positon of the green circle.
