How do I get the text to fade off the screen?

I’m trying to make a GUI that has words appear onto the screen one by one and disappear from the screen one by one but I’m not sure how to make them disappear one by one. is there a way to make them disappear the same way they appeared? Also, is there a way to get each letter to gain transparency and lose it to make it more of a fade?

game.ReplicatedStorage.RemoteEvent.OnClientEvent:Connect(function(text)
			script.Parent.Visible = true
			for i = 1, #text do
				script.Parent.Text = string.sub(text, 1, i)
				wait(0.04)
			end
end)

you can use TweenService and tween the TextTransparency (if I understood your question correctly this should be what your looking for)

That would help with the transparency problem but I am confused about how to get the text to fade off the screen as well. The script I showed only has it fade in.

could you send me a video of what you have? (or an example)

This is what I’m aiming for(skip to 3:37).

well, the best way I think you can do it is to have a frame of the same color tween in over the text, I do not think it is possible to edit the transparency of each letter (unless you are creating a label for each letter)
