How do i make a advanced pathfinding that has no limit in range, can do advanced obstacles, and finds a way to predict the path

Hi, so clearly im making a car system and somehow i want to make it like NFSMW (2005), and it has like, Predicting the path and infinite range and prevents advanced obstacles, now however i know PathfindingModifiers exist, but its not that efficent the range is the problem, i tried making a police car chase a player in a advanced obstacle, and instead the police car was going in circles, because it had the same target, and its pathfinding stopped there so it didn’t produce more.

How do i make advanced pathfinding?
