  1. I want to learn how to make a Car Base correctly

  2. I make the Base with the Vehicle Seats and put Hinges in the Wheels but there are 0
    HingesDetected

  3. I’ve looked at Youtube and the tutorials didn’t work for me

And this is just for the Base, not designing the Car

If you could go over it Step by Step with pictures, that will be much appreciated!
