How do I make a quality constraint tank track?

This is a constraint tank that I made in the past.
One problem with is is that:

The track will not collide properly with the wheels, causing the track to fall off and die.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

Try using meshes, and setting the collisions to precise. This is going to be heavy on the memory, but it will resolve the issue of your tank dying.
