How Do I make a R15 body that looks like a R6 body

Hello to anyone that’s reading this I need help with something. How can I make a R15 body that looks like a R6 Body

Grab a R6 Body and a R15 rig and have each body part be controlled by the upper limb bones.

Torso = UpperTorso
Left Arm = LeftUpperArm
Right Arm = RightUpperArm
Left Leg = LeftUpperLeg
Right Leg = RightUpperLeg

Ok so do I do that in blender or Roblox Studio.

You have to make the model in blender.
