How do I make a shirt/ T -shirt which gives you a group rank

I have a question. How can I script a shirt/ T - shirt which in a group so that if someone buys it they get ranked to a different rank any ideas.

  1. Game join - On join check if they have the shirt and rank them using an external webserver to receive POST requests
  2. External bot - Check every few seconds whether they have the shirt

The only thing you may run into is checking if they have the shirt since people can have their inventory as private.
