How do I make an algorithm (like Roblox Moments)?

I want to make a game with videos and an algorithm.

I have no idea how to do this. Can I just use DataStores?

I want these things to be taken into account
→ Poster follower count
→ Video likes/dislikes
→ Views
→ Upload date
→ Type (“short” or “long”)
