You would use third party software and there’s multiple ways to do it.
Though it’s not the best option in general but it is an option, and it’s free. Use a picture of a burning envelope and edit it in Gimp(free Photoshop type software).
if you want curtains or the similar, it’d be best to use blender. You can use Gimp to texture it the hard way, or you can figure out an easier way to texture it.
