How do i make characters/movesets?

I want to know how i can load/setup custom characters/movesets

im talking about what games like blackmagic critical strike and some other ones have, where you select a character then you get a moveset n whatnot

You can use module scripts to keep track of the movesets, then assign them the abilities (maybe tools if you want to use them for moves).
