I’ve been working on this support clinic on my off time, and am planning to release it in the coming months. I don’t know how it would be able to grow, while making some profit off the ads as well.
I’ve hired some devs and everything, I just don’t know if I’ll be able to pay them. You pay for ads, people play your game, except, we need staff to run the game as well.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
That’s a huge problem. If you can’t pay them don’t hire them, that’s slavery…
Offer them a percentage!
In case nobody is willing to work for “free” then I suggest you to simply do all the work yourself. If you don’t have time nor money then you’ll just fail, I’m super sorry 
That’s what I’ve done, actually. I have offered them a percentage of the game will make. The problem that is currently standing is how to profit from ads, and how to grow.
It’s not that hard. Get tons of discord groups (some are free some are paid advertisers), contact tons of context creators and put all your money into roblox ads.
