How do I make my Throwable tool make damage?

So I made a throwable tool but I want it to do damage if it hits a player. Not the player of the thrower. How can I do this? this is my script for throwing. I don’t know how to make it not damage me only the player it hits.

you could use raycasting to check if it would collide with anything on its path, then get the player from the part’s parent.
