How do I make the animation stop following the camera and just following a straight line?

So guys, I’m not good at scripting, I’m a beginner, but recently I wanted to create a function to make a player skip the table to my game. Everything went as planned, but this small detail bothers me:

I really wanted to try to make the animation follow just a straight line, like in this example below:

Here the animation, if someone needs that:

So, I don’t know what is really going on, can someone help me? :frowning:

I know I know!

Basically, this is just how roblox works, but there is a work around for this!

First of, every Humanoid has a property called AutoRotate (At least I think thats what its called)

by setting it to false, the character will no longer rotate with the camera.
Next you would want to make the character face the table (there are countless tutorials on this, you can probably just look for one if you need help on this!)

And with that it should smoothly go over the table and face the right direction whilst doing it, just be sure to enable AutoRotate after the animation is done or your character wont be able to turn!

Hope this helps!

Also I found a tutorial that lets you make a character face a part if you need it:
