It looks derivative of the in-game avatar editor example Roblox released on git. Granted it will take some editing to make it look like the screenshot. I would recommend taking pieces you want from it and create the window from scratch

You use something called viewports for this.ViewportFrames are a GUI object we use to kinda of cut out a specific object and display it in frames. Roblox has a very good guide on it. I suggest you check that out.
