How do I multiple-line format strings but compatible with continuation

I want something like this:

Captain's Log

22nd of May, 1674

The reports of large movement in the waters haven't been diminishing, and to make matters worse, our navigator has no idea where we are.
No landmarks in sight, and too many clouds to be able to see the stars. Strange noises like deep thunder, coming from below.

But compatible with ..plr.UserId...
How would I do this?

You should be able to do this just like any normal string.
Example:

print([[Hello!
How are you doing?

Anyways, bye, ]]..workspace.Name..[[!
o/]])

works just fine.
