How do I set the shoulders C0 to be the necks plus an offset?

I am trying to make the shoulders C0 be the C0 of the neck, plus an offset multiplied by the orientation of the neck. How do I do this?

I solved it I used this equation for the left shoulder
left.C0 = Neck.C0:ToWorldSpace(CFrame.Angles(math.rad(90),math.rad(90),0) + (Vector3.new(1.,0.0,-0.5)))
