I’m not a very good builder but I made this in 5 minutes and I’d like your feedback on it.

This is not bad, chairs and tables are pretty basic yet really underrated to start working with.
Many people new to building want to build huge maps right off the jump, which usually leads to poor results which makes the individual lose interest and confidence.
However, you’ve done a great job on these, always start with small assets then progressively try to put more effort in order to expand your skills and get better at your craft. Carry On !

I think you could improve the chairs a lot by moving its legs slightly in so they’re are not right at the chair’s edges. I also think removing the textures in exchange for smooth plastic would also look pretty good. But if you want to keep the textured look, concrete makes a surprisingly nice fabric material (If you use vibrant colors, yellow, green, etc).
