So i have been hearing people talking about roblox ugc, making hats and more so i want to know the steps to join roblox ugc so i would be able to make my own accessories, thanks.

I’m not sure, they never said. I suggest you read the post I linked, it tell’s you what you need to be accepted into UGC.
