How do you actually make a UGC bundle?

I want to learn the full process of making a UGC bundle (modeling → rigging → exporting).
I also want to know how people make certain parts (like eyes) stay a fixed color, while other parts (like arms or skin) can be recolored by the user.

I can make normal UGC accessories, but bundles seem way more complicated. I’m not sure how the body mesh is supposed to be made, how the joints line up, how to follow the correct proportions, or how you actually package everything into one bundle.

On top of that, I don’t understand how creators set some parts to be customizable (like skin tone) while keeping other parts (like eyes, clothes, and markings) locked to their original colors/textures.
