How do you apply clothings to viewmodels?

I’m working on a viewmodel framework in Roblox, and I want to apply clothing (shirts, pants, accessories) to it.

I could add a Humanoid to the viewmodel, but that would be costly because Roblox treats it like a real character. For example, limbs like the Right Arm and Left Arm would automatically become CanCollide = true (for no reason)

On the other hand, using an AnimationController avoids physics overhead, but it can’t use Shirt, Pants, or Accessory objects because there’s no Humanoid (I’m talking about ‘Classic clothing’ by the way, not Roblox’s layered clothing.)

How can I apply clothing to a viewmodel without introducing humanoid physics and collisions?

You can disable “Evaluate state machine”, which disables the humanoid fully.
If you are using R6 blocky arms, you can have a SpecialMesh have the texture of the clothing template.
I’ve seen that solution here
