How do you avoid untracked memory, how much untracked memory should warn you?

Hello. I’ve lately been seeing untracked memory appearing in my game, and I have a few questions.

  1. How do you avoid untracked memory.
  2. How much untracked memory is enough to warn you.

About the first one, I know some ways of preventing untracked memory, but I’d like to learn more.
