How do you make a Roblox UGC be labeled as a jacket by roblox but take up the whole avatar as seen in many "suit" UGCs on the marketplace?

Hey, so i’ve been trying to find someone who knows how to make a jacket ugc be a whole suit for the avatar yet everyone I contacted even a top 50 ugc earner had no clue how.
