Pretty hard to make logos on Pixlr, I’d recommend photopea.com.

It depends whether you’re using Pixlr E or Pixlr X.
Here’s a video that help you (I believe it’s Pixlr X, but correct me if I’m wrong.)

It’s just like Photoshop, there’s really no way to “teach” how to use a software. There’s tools you can use to make things but I’d advise to just fiddle around with the tools.
