I have enabled StreamingEnabled, and yet, terrain loads slowly.
I have also reduced the top speed of my vehicles to 130-140kmph.
How do I fix it and improve the performance?

Terrain will always load slowly. Did you try reducing your terrain to a flatter plane? That may help.
You can also request for streaming in front of the player based off of their velocity to load in the terrain. But I do recommend turning streaming off if the terrain loading is crucial to gameplay.

Terrain is mostly flat, but has a few mountains.
So should i turn off streaming?
You can try, but if your terrain is very large (especially if it has caves) then it will always take a few minutes to load without streaming.

Alr, though there are no caves and it is custom made and it is very large like almost 20 max-size baseplates
