I’m currently developing a game and want to create a menu that allows you to teleport a player into another players’ server, which is located in another place but the same experience, but I do not know, how I could teleport the player in a server of another place or even find the server with the person inside. I’ve seen something like that in Plane Crazy, where you get teleported into the PVP place if the friend is in PVP, so I know it is possible, but I just do not know how it’s done.
