Maybe add dim skies, a large blue and pink neon cityscape and flying supercars. Other than that, it looks real good! Add some characters you can interact with.

It looks good, the only thing I can find that could use a change is the skybox. Since it’s raining, shouldn’t the sky be cloudier?
