They swatted one of our people that work on this scammer case. Theyre going to be facing charges and be hunted down by the police.

I was just contacted by the same person. This is the account that first contacted me:
and they then invited me to a group with the person you were speaking about.
They sent me a contract and I was just waiting for my lawyer when I stumbled across this forum. I suppose they have hacked this account, because I asked them to friend me from it, and they did. So I was friended with this account for maybe 12h before they unfriended me.

They currently cahnge names between bohards, vohards, wohards and other ones similar to that one.

Roblox is just a breeding ground for scammers and parasites. They all feel at ease here, while Roblox deletes games and accounts of normal people for no logical reason.

It happening is not Roblox’ fault. I am tired of people acting like they can prevent bad actors at the root, because its NOT possible. The best thing we could get is a better Roblox Support that can either stop the scammers or quickly revert any action that resulted from the scam.

This chud messaged me too and tried to steal a group and game with the worst contract I’ve seen in my life. Short story shorter, I did some research and while I thought it was originally allowed, it is completely against Roblox ToS to sell a game or group by any means for Robux, USD, or any other currency. If someone tries to get you to, I can 100% guarantee it’s a scam.
“Theo” proposed using a service called Escrow.com, which is a legitimate website people use to sell various things like cars and intellectual property. If you call escrow and speak with them about someone reaching out to you to try and buy your game they will tell you definitively that it is against Roblox ToS and that they cannot help with that.
As a minor you cannot be contractually bound by agreements (according to governing laws in the United States and similar countries) and you can void a contract at any time. The problem with giving someone your group or game is that they, as scammers, are not actually going to abide by the contract, despite being legally bound, and only need an hour or so to completely screw up any game you’ve made irreparably. In the original proposed contract they basically wanted a full one year warranty and basically free work, all profits, all current group funds, etc. which I promptly denied.
Do not sell games. Do not visit .gg or otherwise unknown websites, especially if they don’t show up as the first result on Google. The account “Theo” used had the username “Bohards” with a 6th annual Bloxy and multiple game affiliations from games that were either stolen or botted. The account was promptly deleted by Roblox and no transaction was made.
Anyway their account atolen from dan is banned again
