How long does "Pending final review" for all ages take?

I reached the 500 Highly Engaged Players threshold 2-3 days ago, and yet the audience reach page still says the following:

Pending final review.
Audience expansion will commence shortly.

My game is still 16+. Does it usually take a long time, or is there an issue?

– UPDATE: game is now all ages. it took 3 days.

welcome to the roblox moderation waiting room. the word “shortly” in that UI is a complete lie.

2 to 3 days is nothing. u are completely fine, just stuck in a massive backlog. when your game hits that 500-player threshold, it doesn’t automatically unlock for younger audiences. it gets pushed into a manual review queue by the Trust & Safety team to verify that your current 16+ game is actually safe to be exposed to 9-year-olds.

this manual queue is notoriously slow. the average wait time is usually anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, not days.

crucial advice: do NOT retake the age questionnaire or drastically change your core metadata while it says “pending”. doing so can reset your position and push you straight to the back of the queue. just sit tight and wait. if it’s still stuck after a month, then you can start worrying about a backend desync bug.

Ok great so my game will be dead by then so i might as well give up

And what if i lose my 500 HEU by then, does it cancel the queue?

UPDATE:
The game is now rated for all ages. Luckily it only took 2-3 days rather than 3 weeks.
