As far as I know, rays aren’t super performance intensive - but I figured I’d ask, if a user was playing on a phone or weak laptop, how many rays per frame (lets say 40 studs long each, or so) do you think the phone could handle without performance drops?
My guess is somewhere around 10, maybe. This obviously isn’t something I’m looking for a super specific answer to, but if anyone could give me a better idea of how intensive raycasting is, it would be greatly appreciated!
