How reliable are constraints in 2020?

I tend to stray away from constraints (due to instability when they were first added).
So I’m curious - let me know from your experience! How reliable are constraints in 2020?

Likelihood of constraints behaving weirdly over time (weird physics, jittering, etc.)

(1 = no chance, 5 = guaranteed)

If I wanted to create a level like Tick Tock Clock from SM64, which strategy for moving pieces is least likely to break?

Thanks all for the input, closing the voting and marking this as the solution.

This affirmed my worries, so I don’t plan on using constraints for the time-being. I plan on using CFrame.
